The following powershell script can quickly retrieve a list of printers, its name, model and port / IP addresses from the Windows Server.
You need to modify the script. You can update the $printserver variable to be the name of your server that has the printers installed. You can change the output path for the csv file.
$printserver = "myserver" Get-WMIObject -class Win32_Printer -computer $printserver | Select Name,DriverName,PortName | Export-CSV -path 'c:\printers.csv'
Then you just simply login to the server, run Powershell, and execute that script file.
